Glad the refs didn't call us for roughing the passer. Or half a dozen maybe-kinda-looked-like-interference plays.
Fuck Belichick. The gameplan to Super Bowl XXV (the wide right Bills/Giants game) was to hit the Bills' receiver as often and as late as possible. It was complete bullshit and the refs swallowed their whistles and that was a Belichick-coached defense. You could have murdered a Pats receiver on the field and it wouldn't be enough payback.

The NFL would probably fine us for murdering a Patriot. That and endzone dancing: ZERO TOLERANCE >: [
Ok, help me out here. Do these stats mean we were the number one overall defense in 1989? We were pretty good that year, stats-wise, anyway. When a guy named Wade Philips was our defensive coordinator. I wonder where he is now, Oprah should do a show . . . wait what? He's our defensive coordinator NOW? Well since defense wins championships, like every shithead in Colorado keeps saying, then I guess we musta put the FUCKIN HURT on the 49ers that year . . . oh. Huh. So THAT'S why they always have to have that caveat, "Defense usually wins championships." It sounds less like a guarantee or a powerful magic spell if you say it like that. |
