Here's what's bothering me: Time Magazine's Top 10 Video Games of 2015 runs the gamut from Splatoon, to Her Story, to Metal Gear Solid V, to some iPhone thing about pruning a tree. Meanwhile, their Top 10 Fiction Books is all high-brow literary shit! You can't tell me there aren't some adult picture books or choose-your-own adventure books they could stick in there to better celebrate the diversity of the medium. How about a book that's a song? Or a book written on refrigerator magnets you can piece together yourself? This is why nobody reads anymore, the cultural gatekeepers have made the tent too small at a time when people are only getting fatter and more wheelchair bound.
