I don't know if we ever have a hope of seeing it, because people would regard it as an invasion of privacy. Maybe the credit card companies could provide anonymized data correlating whale status with average monthly credit card dollars spent on everything, or something like that.
It used to be, you charged everyone a pretty hefty fee and provided a fair experience. Now, you just find the weakest member of the herd and grab on like a lamprey, sucking out as much money as you can.
