| First off I know absolutely nothing about Shmups so yeah, there are probably about 1000 things wrong that the purists will see but I'm having far too much fun to care. It's the type of game that makes you say "fuck" too much. In an hour I've died a thousand times, picked up space hitch hikers and rubber ducks, saved the universe by blowing up toxic waste, killed about a thousand pilots who have ejected from their ships, escorted female scientists who look like strippers and whose ships belch heart shaped exhaust fumes from cosmic macho men who call their ships Mr. Loverman.
It's mental and I'm having a blast. Oh, and the soundtrack is fun as well. Will play again : 100%. |
