Late 2011 model still working like new by Entropy Stew 06/07/2015, 12:03pm PDT The old ass core duo model I had was a piece of shit. That was the only piece of bad hardware I'd gotten from them. Apple's "design anorexia" leads to poor engineering decisions at times where they end up pushing the thermal envelope too hard, like with the nVidia issues older models had. I'm not sure whether to blame nVidia or Apple on that one since similar issues plagued the Xbox 360. The only semi-recent issues I've heard about were retina displays going bad on laptops. -/ES/-
