I guess where I am coming from is that I love arcade style games like Retrobooster and Gravitron. Those are the ones that I think will be affected. The sheer fucking entitlement from people that they just have a right to get amazing games like that and then get a refund makes me sick. Not because there isn't two hours of content there, but because pieces of shit CAN get a refund so they will.
I get why all the game rags have come out against it as well, too. Why would they take the side of smug, smarmy little shits? Sure, there's a few crazy developers, but on the whole they are much more sane than the shit pickers on other gaming sites looking to fuck devs over.
That said, there is nothing wrong with using IndieGameStand for a shorter game.
