I don't use cpanel, but the docs say cpanel's mysql control is phpmyadmin, so you already have this cheesy tool I was using. You can take data, even redundant data, and upload it from a csv file via the interface. It gives you the choice to replace all data or just fill in blank fields, so you'd want to do the latter. If we do it that way, I can just fwd you the database in the same format you gave it to me.

There are other, safer options that don't put the present data at risk, and don't even require you to shut down the existing site. It's midnight here, so I'll burn it to cd and bring it to work, then get it to ICJ tomorrow and we can talk about it over the weekend or whenever it's convenient.
