They just released another one along with last month's. The most recent one just fixes a couple obscure glitches and that's it. The one before that fixed a LOT of stuff that rendered the game broken (super weapon general's ridiculous alpha aurora bomb, scud storm bug, etc.) and has made it fun to play again. There's still quite a bit room left for improvement (china infantry and nuke generals way too strong, nuke general has too many strengths and no weaknesses, laser general useless, rocket troops firing out of humvees & attack outposts still have too long a range and can be invincible in the right situations if you micromanage them right, etc.), but overall they did a great job. It's no free punisher comics, but it's still great fun. Still next to starcraft as the best RTS around right now, no matter what Jsoh says about how he's too dumb to keep his guys from getting run over. |
