| I searched the forums and there doesn't appear to be mention of this one. Interesting.
I recently played it on PS4 and it definitely moves to my top shelf. The DLC it came with had an interesting concept but ending up being pretty awful: You're a pubescent lesbian out for a bit of fun with your best friend / love interest. Not knowing anything else one might find it hard to imagine how this concept could be ruined but after spending 10 minutes running around an abandoned mall Halloween store and trying on masks, then throwing bricks at smashed car windows - I was going through the motions. Anyway back to the main game: Dark. Gritty. Eerily prescient now that Ebola has come to make some clickers. Great depth via weapon upgrades, level design was excellent, textures and graphics best in class, combat felt great, difficulty was great, tension was great. Music _really_ set it apart, though. The Last of Us: 9/10. DLC: 5/10. |
