| If you read my message on Jolt Country I bought an Android Tablet in order to do development on it, and had so much fun playing with it I decided to give it to my brother for his birthday, and buy another one.
While I was setting it up for him I turned my back on it for a second, and it jumped off the bed to its death, or at least a cracked screen. But I bought it with my American Express card and they cover accidental damage during the first 90 days. So, toi do proper testing you're supposed to have more than one machine, so I bought a second one from a different manufacturer. So to prevent them from suiciding too, I had them on the computer desk that the Acer Aspire is on. Well, when I was leaving my room, the Tomtop glow-in-the-dark mouse (glows blue except when moved, when the red sensor activates) had slipped off the desk and was in the path. I caught the mouse and it was trapped between my chair and the doorway, and as a result the buttons on it don't work. Worse, the mouse cord caught one of the Android tablets, knocking it and the one that was sitting on it on the floor. One of them split in half and the other (that was charging at the time) won't hold a charge. Back to filing another claim with American Express. This time I'll keep the three Android tablets I have since bought on the other computer table where the Avatar (new machine) is located. I got 3 tablets for $140. |
