| I was really pumped when I first started watching this trailer. A movie about Vlad Tepes and his battle against the Ottoman Empire? Sign me up...
...and then he turned a cloud of bats into a giant fist and PUNCHED the Ottoman army with nearly as much force as me slapping my forehead at the sight of it. *sigh* Here's a video by the guys who did the practical effects (that were dumped) for the Thing: unnecessary. They try and fail to apologize for how awful movies are nowadays, and one of the things they mention is that Hollywood execs are expressly seeking to make movies more like videogames. So Count Dracula is taking notes from Bayonetta, apparently. |
