I filed the following complaint with UBISoft:
Title: Cannot Install
I have a brand-new Avatar Gaming PC which has an AMD FX 6300 6-core processor, 8 gb of memory 1TB disk,, AMD Radeon HD 7700 with 1mb, memory, running 64-bit Windows 8.1, using an external DVD drive, and attempting to install Watch Dogs from DVD fails. If run via autorun it fails saying the DLL is wrong, from setup.exe it says it can't run on this operating system "This app can't run on your PC To find a version for your PC, contact your software publisher."
