Were you expecting a King of Kong approach to the modern DotA competitive tournament scene? Or how obsessed the players would get? Some breakdown of the matches at least? Some basic overview of what this stupid game is even about?
Nope. Just a 90 minute commercial for how awesome pro gaming and Valve's DotA 2 are. You might have reservations about sacrificing education, personal, and professional lives so that you can practice Valve's DotA 2 all day. Don't. You will become a socially accepted individual and valued member of society as you emerge $1.6 million richer. All game footage is shown from cinematic angles to display it as an awesome cutscene at the expense of getting a picture of what the fuck is going on. |
