If you want to read more about it, I tried to convince Fabio it didn't suck in his thread about stuff he bought from a Steam sale, but don't think he ended up liking it. At first I was a little irritated by some stuff, but as I understood why things the way they were it grew on me until I was playing the humble little game constantly. I think the DLC is the way to go, the main game is distant in my memory like a tutorial, and would probably be as boring for me if I went back, now that I'm used to harder zombies.

I saw that! Go to play for twenty minutes tonight. It's fine so far, which for a zombie game means that it is impressive.
Can I talk about the saving? Great. This has one of the things I hate about auto-save. You have no idea when it saved.
You're supposed to look for some icon in some corner of the screen. I never saw it.
There's no way to tell when the game last saved. When I quit I had no idea how much it would save. As it turns out, it saved when I left the home base. Which is fine. In fact, if it always saves in this one spot I am OK with it. But it's weird to me that the developers were OK with you having no way to check on that except a leap of faith and inspection of the file system. WEIRD.
