the Judge is going to ask is to see the evidence. He's going to ask the prosecutor to bring in a witness.
I mean, the guy who shot Reagan - Hinkley - was a nutcase. I'm sure that the guy who shot Gabby Giffords and (allegedly) killed the Federal Judge in Arizona is also a nutcase although the prosecutor is probably going to argue that he's saner than the judge so the prosecutor can ask for the Death Penalty.
But the fact remains, it doesn't matter how much a whackjob the guy is from appearances, we expect evidence and proof. If you're claiming I have some problem, whether it's autism, or Asperger's syndrome or anything else, it should be trivial on your part to show exactly what your reasoning is, and point to specific objective criteria.
For example, if you knew of a guy who claimed to talk to God, would you think he was insane? No, because this is so common that it's considered normal. But, if he claimed he was actually getting a response back, you'd know that was something abnormal. And then, you could go look it up and say that this is the example why believing that God actually answers your prayers is a dysfunction.
So really, if you believe I'm not right, the onus is on you to prove it. And if your belief is correct, it should be trivial to show why.
So, I'll put it back on you. I said that Bob Hope made a joke about the helicopters that were used to try to rescue the American hostages in Iran. Since you claim you don't need to prove your case, neither do I have to prove mine.
My joke now stands as valid and confirmed as long as you people say you can make claims without proof. Same thing if someone wants to claim there really is an invisible pink Unicorn or that the Flying Spaghetti Monster really is a sentient divinity. And all the other crazy claims people make.
If you believe that you can just claim anything with no evidence or proof required, you're clearly sicker than I even have been and you need mental help far more than I do, even if every single thing people have ever said about me here is 100% true.
