It's a morality play; discovering the guy murdered his wife. even though he surrendered, the cop shot hm anyway. Him getting away defeats the whole point of the video.
And why a "Chalks seaplane"? Chalks International had their license to operate an airline revoked in 2007; the video might have been done after that date. Besides, Chalks International Airlines only operated out of Miami Airport; this video might not have been located in Miami, it doesn't look anything like the scenes from Burn Notice. :)
If we're going to do fantasies, why not a skyhook whisking him off to Hong Kong S.A.R. in an inverse of The Black Knight?
