| A suspected carjacker who was shot by District of Columbia police died at the hospital after a second ambulance had to be called to get him after the ambulance that picked him up at the scene broke down on the way there. Nathaniel McRae, 34, was pronounced dead at a local hospital. The delay did not cause McRae's death, according to a D.C. Fire spokesperson. | ||||
