The game video showing him shooting his chaingun is nowhere near firing 10,000 rounds per minute. I watched that video, I'm gathering he's firing a weapon that is releasing, oh maybe 20 rounds per second which is about a 600 round/minute machine gun if I want to be charitable. He's dumping way too few shells to be doing in excess of 130 rounds/second. This video shows a gun from Metalstorm that shoots that kind of firepower, and to do that, it is not belt fed; the bullets are pre-loaded and it's electrically fired with no moving parts. It can shoot 16,000 rounds per minute, but again, it shoots 9mm bullets, not $200 "custom tooled cartridges".
