Zoning (v) - Designating which content is viable for gameplay, and which content is viable for sales.
The Borg (n) - Microsoft
Hosing (v) - Attaching dynamic hoses between two different static meshes.
In The Mellow/Doing Mellows - Overtime/crunch - for the married!
Copycrunch (n) - Crunch where everyone is waiting for processing, computation, rendering. People share links to pass the time.
Our DNA (int) - Said sarcastically to denote a vague quality - one of persons, not a person.
Cum (adj) - The finished game
Hardguy (n) - An experienced developer who knows how hard everything is.
Cicada (n) - An inexperienced developer who knows how hard everything is.
Bullion (n) - Engineer who is married, good at his job, has a lot of hobbies, and doesn't want to move.
Jerking off (v) - Making the game
Monk (n) - Someone who is good at communicating with others, but not very good at their job. Advances to middle management.
Gameroni (n) - Said disdainfully. A developer who is really into videogames - to the point that it harms their output!
Babied (adj.) - A veteran developer having his first child. The implication is that it is too late. |
