Yeah, that's where I found it. I thought the joke about there being two jurors who could be bribed to be funny so I decided to top it with one of my own (which I'd actually written a similar one probably 25 years ago). Most of the cartoons however were unfunny, made no sense, were stupid, or plain unintelligible. And the drawings were horrible. I mean, XKCD does great comedy and the drawings are using stick figures! You don't have to be that good to do cartoons, but if you're terrible at it, either use pre-drawn material or do some setups so you can create something reasonable and reuse it, or do something that doesn't require you draw the items.
