While I was bitching to someone about this they said PA is ghost drawn by Worm 12/10/2012, 5:08pm PST I guess some guy from Mega Tokyo accused them of it awhile ago so it's sort of an open secret and a lot of the webcomic guys start doing that when their media empires take off. I can almost believe it with this travesty, the men's noses look like they're wearing their gallbladders on their face and the girl basically looks like some kind of mix of ahegao and downs syndrome.
