| The bar was set pretty low on this one, and it still underwhelms. But, it's not literally poison. There's not a bear trap hidden between the pages.
What it claims to be: a story about a big treasure hunt in a future version of Second Life. All of the clues are subtle nods to 80s fads so get your nostalgia goggles on! What it is: a long list of explanation of 80s things strung together on an implausible narrative. The story is not internally consistent, and while I think the author intended it to be a celebration of geekdom, it's actually a damning, depressing portrayal.
