I didn't get why they let people downvote the games. But now I see they let people downvote AND leave comments. You have to be fucking kidding me.
The game you linked to looks terrible, but the last thing any of these people need is dipshit kiddies sneering at them over Steam. I can't think of a worse venue for that. If a developer responds to the bags of shit ripping his game (while almost by definition, those shitheads are doing it without being able to play the game) it's just a matter of time before some Steam "Community Manager" that is in over his head sees the exchange and bans both accounts.
I was considering submitting one of my games. I don't care if people rip it, I just expect to be able to respond, as the last thing I would do is quietly take shit from a user over Steam. Losing access to hundreds of dollars of games because some minimum wage dickfuck saw me blast some retard isn't worth it. This entire Greenlight concept is a horrible, stupid and asinine implementation.
They've somehow managed to develop a system that is much worse than "Some dude reads a submission e-mail and thinks back to if he's heard of your game."
