GOG just started doing new(er) games and HOMM5 with all the expansions is up for grabs. I've been enjoying the hell out of King's Bounty, but it's clearly not up to HOMM3's standards of strategic depth. Did they fix the "faster units attack more often" initiative fuckup? Are humans no longer the weakest race with their "upgrade up a tier" ability? I played M&M clash of heroes on the DS which shares the setting and I thought it was really bad.
I'm pretty much going to be playing this Singleplayer only, so should I stick with King's Bounty, or is this worth a shot? |
