| - Should Tdarcos wish to be a member of the site he is welcome, but I think we got what we could out of the posts for cash project.
- There are still a couple of Roop's comics that are left to post. Roop, if you ever want to make more, you would be financially compensated for it. I don't know how to reach you, but if you want to take up the tablet again and get paid for it (for far, far less than what you are actually worth) write me here or at beaver@zombieworld.com. - I am going to try to keep the front page updated by writing about playing some of the games in my backlog. There are sites like The Adventure Gamer and the CRPG Addict that talk about their experiences playing games in a way that allows the author to create content even if the game doesn't hold up, and the author stops playing. I like the lineup of posters we have now. The site has been up ten years, so while I miss some regulars - God, they put in ten years. There aren't any unreadble cunts posting right now, and while that makes me happy, I'd also be happier with more activity in the forum. So my thought process is to attract people who enjoy CRPG Addict-like articles. This is all going to come off as a cliched failure, because I am playing through Wasteland right now, and there are at least two other series of articles on people playing Wasteland. I've got something special for game #2, though, and the experiences with that one isn't duplicated elsewhere. - There's one other thing I am going to try to do. We have hundreds of really funny threads in our archives. I'd like to create a Wordpress plugin that presents a random, amazing thread when people refresh the front page. So where the main page has that never-updated "NEWS" thing, it could instead direct people to stuff like "Just heard gunshots outside" or the threads filled with travel photographs and so on. ICJ |
