It's an AA12 which is an automatic shotgun, I always figured made sense for taurens, and BILGE entertainment should just delete everything in WOW that isn't taurens and shotguns and turn the whole game into Tauren Shotgun: The Video Game where you go around the barrens riding your personal kodo dinosaur mount blowing away night elves and perhaps the occasional blood elf. To regain health you dismount and fuck a draenei bitch.

The AA12/riot shield combo is my personal favorite MW3 loadout even though most of the time I despise the game and its bitchcunt players or I'm getting my ass blown away 5 seconds after spawning. Psh at least I'm not one of them assholes that runs around with the dual FagMG9s that are too strong and too accurate BUT ANYWAY
