However, I do know Nintendo is releasing a new console this year. If you just want to play games, maybe you should hold off and get one of those instead? Then you wouldn't have to worry about upgrading again for at least another five years. I'm still satisfied enough with my 2005-era Xbox 360 (which could theoretically run Duke Nukem Forever like a champ, if I were inclined to fish a copy out of the $10-or-less bin at Wal-Mart) that I just spent $127 on a professional-grade bullshit controller. I'm holding it right now, and just fondling the analog sticks is making me happy. THEY'RE SO TIGHT. It's not the sort of device you can play StarCraft or do your taxes on, but you already have several of those, right? I dunno. Just a thought. |
