I had to redo the Diplomatic Immunity quest by mark 12/09/2011, 6:58am PST After an hour of looking for her, I had to accept that the game had vaporized my faithful (and near invincible) companion. Make sure you tell her to wait somewhere before you start that quest. Some people say you are reunited with them later, but I did not experience that.
