Been looking at this combo here, of a Piracetam powder and some Choline Citrate. Maybe huperzine A?
Does this work or is it all so much snakeoil?
When I take it I feel better. I feel more alert and less stressed. I enjoy social situations a lot more. I think the stuff I write for this site and whatever else is funnier. So, regardless of what it does or doesn't do to the brain, I find it enjoyable. I've never felt the slightest bit of a withdrawal symptom, either. The powder form of piracetam tastes terrible, though.
As for the choline being a separate item: you get, what, 100 pills for $8? It's cheap and easy to keep around. My diet is probably giving me similar benefits, but it's cheap enough where I like getting that as well.
I won't pretend to speak like I know the specific science behind it, I just know that I like the way I feel when I take piracetam. A lot of people told me "if you get regular exercise and eat right you'll get the same benefit." I have been doing both of those the last couple of months. I still get mentally friskier with nootropics.
