Hey, I've managed to "look" at 380 pages of this...thing. I haven't convinced any actual author or editor to get past page 2.

I say this with as little malice as possible: As a work of outsider art demonstrating everything that is wrong with your world-view it is phenomenal. As a story it isn't.
Well, that's your opinion. I wrote it because ''I'' wanted to read the story. That's the real reason I write my books, because I want to read the story they are about and nobody else has written it. If nobody else likes the stories I write, well, that's the way it is. And it really wouldn't matter whether it was good or bad it's unlikely that any editor would touch it. Editors will not touch manuscripts from authors without an agent; agents will not represent authors who haven't been published before. This has been a problem for years and I don't see anything likely to change it.
