Regarding comedies, and regarding the generally horrible, horrible new TV season (Terra Nova sucks, don't let anyone tell you different), one thing you may not know is that as of this writing, there is absolutely zero reason to watch any other comedy than Up All Night.
Thusfar it's the best show of the season, and the best new comedy I've seen since the Office (the FIRST COUPLE YEARS of the Office, for the "it sucks anymore" crowd in the other thread). Every single person on the cast is a master of comedy and comic timing, which is surprising if you're like me and grew up thinking that Christina Applegate was just on TV so that impressionable young boys had something to fap to on Sunday nights.
Anyway. You should be watching it. Right now. Even though it's not on right now. (Unless you are reading this when it is on.) |
