The best advertisement in the game is the diploma hanging in Jenson's office. He got a bachelors degree in criminal justice from the University of Pheonix.
In the dystopian future Detroit, that degree is as worthless as it is in our world, because he had a couple more diplomas for bachelors in Criminal Justice hanging right next to it. I guess a bachelors form University of Pheonix is so bad, you need to make up for it with 8 more years of undergraduate work from 'real' universities to cancel it all out.
