...of Jaws! Which is okay, because I fucking love Jaws. Jeff Bridges is Robert Shaw, Matt Damon is Richard Dreyfuss, Hailee Steinfeld is Roy Scheider, Josh Brolin is Bruce the Shark, and the executive producer is Steven Spielberg. IT ALL ADDS UP. How in God's name did this lose Best Picture to The King's Speech? I watched that whole movie, and the only good parts were the ape woman from The Planet of the Apes as the Queen Mum and that one scene where stuttering stanley said 'balls' a lot. Maybe there was a hilarious callback to the balls scene later on? I can't remember because I was half asleep by that point. SPOILER WARNING: The King's Speech made me sleepy. |
