Randy Moss apparently retired, and Jos Posanski wrote a column about him (and Matt Stairs, who also retired).
Marshall said...
I will always remember one of my 17-year-old students telling me how Randy Moss hit on her at a local gym. When she told him her age, he told her he didn't care. That eliminates any concerns I have over how much charity work he might have done.
I cannot think of another elite athlete who ever quit on his teams so often, so long, or so fully. I would not put him in the HOF in a thousand years.
Before you think less of Marshall, like I was about to, recall that the age of consent for white women in Marshall's state -- when it comes to tall, scary black men -- is actually 52. You should have looked like you cared, Randy. Also, I love the fact that this guy believes anything his teenage students tells him, at least when it comes to re-enforcing negative stereotypes about guys who didn't give max effort when playing for the Oakland fucking Raiders. "I couldn't get my homework done, because Randy Moss hit on it."
Marshall had concerns about how much charity work Moss did.
