Avadon - The new Spiderweb Software game by Mr. Kool 05/05/2011, 12:58pm PDT It's out. It uses a fancy Geneforge engine with a rehash of the Avernum game background. It's supposed to be "new IP," but it feels familiar. The demo is short for Spidsoft standards, but gets you used to the game. There's 4 stats to level up, you only really need to focus on one (so far). There is no spell book per se; each class gets a skill tree you level up. Unlike Diablo 2's tree, adding points doesn't give a larger percentage to the skill, but adds an improved version of the skill or added effect to it.
