Ignores all chat from both teams. Do this at the start of every game. No one has ever said anything useful in the history of this thing anyway.

If you ever have two or more people on your team talking a foreign language in the selection screen, quit. Suck up the 4 minute penalty and wait for a new game. It's a bad sign in general when you get people who know each other on your team (premade buddy team's rating is inflated for matchmaking purposes), but ALL of the foreign players are just ludicrously terrible. They have their own European and Asian servers, so any that show up on yours are going to be playing with tons of lag.
