Rough impressions of the new BttF telltale adventure game ,episode 1 by Worm 01/02/2011, 12:34am PST
It's short, very short. It hits a few good points, has fun easy to solve puzzles, a really good hint system. The voice work on it is pretty good. Any other episode of anything they did felt more filled out, there are maybe three locations, and 4 puzzles. Camera angle changes don't see to take into account which way you're walking a lot and you have to remove your hands from the arrow keys and reorient yourself. It's kind of stupid but I wish the game require more fedexing and footwork out of me. You basically are given everything you need right from the start.

All in all the free episode of Wallace and Grommit I got a few months ago was better than this episode. It felt much more fleshed out. Where the BTTF could use a little more story. It seems like they're just relying on the voice acting (which is great), in place of having things be more personalized.
