I like:

AdBlock: This makes banner and flash intensive sites fine. You can also use a wildcard site to block entire ad sites like doubleclick.

Auto Copy: Auto copies whatever you highlight. It's highly customizable, so if you want it to work in text boxes, it will. Not that that's a good idea or anything.

MiniT: Let's you drag on to the tab bar and adds an indicator to let you drop between tabs.

Tabbed Browser Preferences: Lets you do loads of shit with your tabs.

Session Saver: This saves all the tabs you had open when you close Firefox so you can load them all up. It's a little hard to get used to be once you do you'll do less typing.

U.S. Homeland Security Threat Level: Works as a good connection tester and cutes up your browser.
