it doesn't surprise me at all if someone at either EA or ESPN said it was impossible, because what the fuck does anyone currently at either organization even remotely know about putting together a good football game? It wasn't just those guys, Borland or whatever had a football game with 7 dudes per team, and they talked about why it wasn't 11 in their manual, and included a helpful definition of "exponential". Thanks guys. Needless to say, I didn't think there was really a football text game. I gather it's an ascii graphics thing and not really an adventure game. But if it is, I guess I go North. And look for daylight (I don't see any daylight here). Cross the goal line, type inventory and see if the ball is still listed. YES. |
