| Pros:
* simple, web-based chat/wiki that was easy for people to get into * you could write something and hit 'done' or send and still edit it later (after using wave for a couple weeks I went back to email and really missed this feature) Cons: * Anybody could edit anybody's posts, rendering certain things useless * Shoddy performance/lag. I didn't notice this for the first couple weeks but eventually it got to where, whenever I'd use it, the display would lag HUNDREDS of characters behind what I was typing. * they had a 'reply' and 'indented reply' buttons and my friends would always fuck up which was which (they should have only had indented reply I think) |
