When you first get the little field goal thing you have to hold the click for more power. From there you fly and ram into various girls. Different girls do different things. One (glasses, green) will stop you and end your game, three (yellow, red, and blue) will boost you, one (purple) will block your next girl, and the two guys will either change your directory or slow you down. When you hit a girl and she's highlighted under special you just need to click right after you hit her (when "SPECIAL" on the screen) and you'll get a special move which will send you flying.
