Also your guy should've mentioned what happened to the career of acclaimed blaxploitation director Larry Cohen after he stopped working with Michael Moriarty. He went from making horror classics the whole family could enjoy, like Q and The Stuff, to sleazy left-wing "healthcare thrillers" like The Ambulance and As Good as Dead. And then he stopped directing movies altogether! So that's two American institutions collapsed under the weight of their own hubris in the absence of Michael Moriarty. Don't you think it's time for an apology, America? |
