The various anomaly sites are more varied this time around, instead of just generic locations with anomalies in them.
The weapons and armor can now be upgraded up the ass, with unique upgrade schemes for each item.
Sweet weapons are available much sooner this time. After my second mission or so, I was already packing an LR300 with scope and shit and a Spas12 (don't remember the fake ingame names). The armor selection seems much more limited though, instead you just upgrade your basic suit.
Also seems much more stable than STALKER: 1 and Clear Sky, no freezes or crashes to desktop so far. It wants to fuck up my video card, but the ATi VPU recovery shit saves it every time. Clear Sky was a mess. |
