how did the previous non-broken version compare to Rise of Nations? by FABIO 02/13/2005, 9:07pm PST My opinion of RoN: welcome streamlining of resource gathering that needed ridiculous micromanagement in the "Age of" games (and the original Empire Earth), tons of neat little upgrades and epochs, and the most boring strategy free meatgrinder combat that literally required you to constantly click the build button on five different barracks.
