I spent this morning in hospital on an IV. They did blood tests, a throat swab, and X-Rays. The nurses are so awful. They don't say hello. They're Filipino or Indian or from some fucked up place and they speak terrible broken English so that you're sure they can't properly understand each other. 5 of them came in and out to try to get the IV thing out of the top of my hand because it was on too tight. It took like 20 minutes. They never tell you what is happening. It's frightening. They discharged me and said they'd get back to me with the results. I've only eaten an egg and half a cheeseburger in 5 days.
