The Istanbul city council feeds stray cats so cats are everywhere. Normally, Asians stand in front of famous landmarks for me. This time I was alone.... except for cats.

I remember when my students would tell me they lived in 15 bedroom houses and I'd think they must be very rich (and I'd wank to them). No. A son gets married and builds a room onto his parents' house. This continues until 30-50 people share a 10-15 bedroom house. Men hang out in the council. I don't know where women hang out.
