Yes. While all off the Marvel heroes live in the same universe, the Punisher and Daredevil's corners of that universe often overlap. Daredevil lives in Hells Kitchen and uses vigilante justice against mostly non-superpowered criminals threatening his neighborhood. The Kingpin is his nemesis and supposedly controls all organized crime in the city. Since the Punisher also uses vigilante justice against organized crime, he and Daredevil often cross paths. And Daredevil, not being a sociopath, disapproves of the Punisher's tactics and considers him to be a criminal himself.
