I love how every online forum eventually has a debate about tipping -- Choson

Every forum eventually has a discussion about keyboards. I managed to ruin two of mine lately. Here are the keyboards I'm currently using:

IBM MODEL M: 10/10. I like it very much. Right now the thing has a dodgy left shift key. It's killing me. I've harvested other left shift keys but it's not working. This is very frustrating.

UNICOMP BUCKLING SPRING: 8/10. I think Mischief Maker got one at the same time I did - and he has not enjoyed it. I liked it just fine. One of my cats knocked over some juice on the Unicomp last week - no problem. I popped out all the keys, ran a vacuum over the top to suck up anything caught inside, and soaked each key in a fresh-smelling, lemony solution. Well, the "U" doesn't buckle any longer. I can press the key firmly to get it to register, but typing with the same force I do the other keys will not make it register anything. Frustrating! I don't know what makes the buckling key part buckle, so I don't have the knowledge to fix it.

SAITEK BLUE: 7/10. I don't know, it's okay - it doesn't make any noise, which is why I brought it into work. But I find that I am very inaccurate with the keyboard. I'm not saying the things I want to say with it. Part of me doesn't care. But it's odd how "off" I am with it. For a keyboard that makes no sound it is nice, and I like the volume controls.

I'm sort of leaning towards getting Das Keyboard (with key caps, though) for home use. Anyone tried it? I know it's extremely hipster, but a well-made keyboard would be great. It's the same price as a new Unicomp, however, and I guess I am wondering if anyone's enjoyed theirs.
