Please help me resize a gif by Ice Cream Jonsey 10/21/2009, 7:51pm PDT
I can't believe how difficult this is.

I have a gif that is 3.5MB big. It's 400x400 or something and I want to make it 100x100 pixels. I have been searching on and off for a week for something that could do it.

There is a website called gifworks, but that doesn't, in fact, work.

This has to be a problem that was solved 15 years ago. Is there a program that anyone uses that does the trick?
