If they had to have three panels, they could have had those two guys having the talking head conversation in the woods. The second panel they aren't saying anything, and the third panel the camera could pull out to show the Twilight mummy in that exact same pose, revealed to be standing behind bald. But I guess they knew nobody would suspend disbelief long enough to allow the two main characters to venture outside. Instead they're locked safely inside with, I presume, a Vorposter.
